Background

 

I was born and raised in Huntington Station with my parents, two brothers and sister.  I attended the schools within the South Huntington School District.

 

After Graduating High School in 1994, I attended the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT where I obtained a B.S. in Finance.  As an intern I worked for Cendant Mobility, where I began to learn how the relocation process works.

 

In 1998, I graduated college and moved to Elkins Park, PA.  I began working at Cendant Mortgage as a Pricing Representative.  I learned various mortgage programs and the flexibility if rates on a daily basis.  I was promoted to a Negotiation Transaction Analyst where I worked with loan originators to find the best rates for their customers.

 

In 2000, I returned to NY to be closer to my family.  I began working for a Mutual Fund company in Manhattan where I obtained my series 6, 7, and 63 Securities Licenses.  I continued to work in Financial Services as I earned my Real Estate License. 

In 2002, I left Financial Services and began my Real Estate Career full time.

  

 

 Personal Interests

 

Family has always been a top priority to me.  I am the second of four children and the second of thirteen grandchildren on my mother´s side.  Taking the time to see my family is a commitment I make to myself each day. 

 

My hobbies include:

·        Baking and Decorating Cakes

·        Oil Based Painting with my sister

·        Watching General Hospital

·        Traveling

·        Carpentry and home improvements

·        Dancing

·        Music

·        Bowling

·        Computers and electronics

·        Looking at houses

·        Being with friends

·        New York Yankee Baseball

 

I decided to take the things that interested me most and make a career out of it.  This is why I chose real estate.  I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership while fulfilling my own interest in homes.

    
 

My Commitment

 

Having grown up in the Town of Huntington I am personally committed to seeing the community grow.  I enjoy familiarizing people with the community and the properties available.

 

In an effort to make the real estate transition smooth, I feel that listening to what the customer needs is extremely important.  Whether buying or selling, the customer needs to know that you are hearing what they are saying.

 

My customer´s happiness is what makes me successful.  I respond promptly to any questions or concerns that arise and do whatever I can to smooth out any bubbles.  I stay involved in every detail to ensure that nothing goes wrong and everyone is satisfied.

 

With the help of technology, I can always be contacted.  I utilize the computer, more specifically email to stay in touch.  Whether in the office or home I can respond in a timely manner to any questions that may arise.  I also can send listings to prospective buyers the day that they become available.
